What is the origin of ESF?
The idea of Early Smile Foundation was birthed in 2019 by a group of teenagers who believed that opportunity changes everything. As young women growing up in Ghana, we witnessed how many peers lacked access to tools, mentorship, and supportive environments. Yet, when those opportunities appear, young people rise with resilience and brilliance.
ESF was born from this conviction: with education, curiosity, innovation, and compassion, Africa’s youth can be equipped not just to dream, but to lead and transform their communities.
